Ms. Choong Ty’ng Ty’ng

She is the founder and managing director of Axcelearn Sdn. Bhd.
She started her career as a Futures dealer in AmFutures of AmInvestment Bank Berhad and was subsequently promoted to be the Head of Futures Dealing. She was responsible in formulating and execution of Futures trading strategies for institutional, corporate and retail clients.
She subsequently headed the advisory division in eBroking, AmInvestment Bank Berhad. Her role was to provide advisory services to clients investing in Equity and Futures markets.
She is currently the CPE speaker for Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC) and Asia Banking School (ABS), providing training for fund manager, research analysts, remisiers and futures brokers.
She has been a frequent speaker in various seminars and conferences organised by Bursa Malaysia and was also invited to speak in listed companies including Nestle Malaysia and Sunway Group.
She is also the author of “Jumpstart your Stocks and Futures Trading” which was one of the national best-selling investment books.
She passed all the modules required to be licensed in both equity and futures trading in Malaysia, administered by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
She is an entrepreneur, trader, author and trainer.

Mr. CY Soh Chuen Yean, CMT

He is the lead trainer of Axcelearn Sdn Bhd.
He is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) charterholder. He began his career as an Equities dealer in Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad servicing high net-worth clients in formulating and executing equities trading strategies and value investing.
He is a member of CMT Association, USA, specializing in technical analysis and trading system development. He is also a member of NLP University (NLPU) Global NLP Training and Consulting Community, USA, and a member of the leadership team in Neuro-Semantics Institute (Malaysia Chapter) specializing in coaching, training, and peak performance.
He is also a Licensed Trainer of Neuro-Semantics™ by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics (ISNS), USA, and a Certified Master Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the NLP University (NLPU), USA.
As an NLP Trainer and performance coach, he helps individuals with values & beliefs alignment and self-empowerment to create positive behavioral change, leading to performance improvement and personal breakthroughs. He also coaches investors and traders in developing winning trading psychology and mindset.
As a researcher, he conducts interdisciplinary research in the field of finance, technical analysis, trading systems and methods, cognitive-behavioral psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Neuro-Semantics (NS) to develop effective and powerful strategies in helping investors and traders to transform and improve their investment and trading performances.

Mr. Keith Lim

He is the lead trainer of Axcelearn Sdn Bhd.
Engineer turned trader and programmer.
During his 6 years working in the semiconductor industry in Malaysia & Singapore as an engineer, he has developed core competencies in the area of data analytics, process integration, developing processes to maximize operational efficiency. Along his engineering journey, he has found his interest in integrating those skills in the financial market through investment and trading.
As an avid programmer, he develops effective trading systems through backtesting and big data analytics. He loves experimenting various trading strategies and optimizing trading performance.
Besides that, Keith has also been an investment & trading educator for over 5 years, training and sharing investment knowledge to people who want to achieve financial success and living a balanced life. He is known for his simplicity, straight-forward and down-to-earth approach in training and coaching.
He strongly believes that, through a systemic and well-structured investment & trading system, everybody can trade without fear/stress/frustration/disappointment and with firm & strong confidence, having a balanced lifestyle, and achieve more in life.
